Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many government records through the Sunshine Law and court-access systems, but Randolph County records are not kept in one place. The Circuit Clerk handles court case files for civil, criminal, traffic, probate, domestic, juvenile, and protection-order matters. The County Clerk keeps County Commission and election records. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and recorded instruments. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and warrant channels. This site brings those local record paths together in plain language.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, court dockets, arrest records and charges, inmate records, warrant records, marriage and divorce, and probate
- Office contacts: local details for the Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court, and County Clerk / Recorder of Deeds

- Public records help: Missouri Sunshine Law context, restricted-record limits, certified-copy routing, and office-by-office request direction
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Missouri court, Randolph County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file court paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of court, marriage, divorce, probate, jail, or vital records
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Missouri case rule applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, office hour, or address is current at the moment you read it
Only the issuing court or public office can provide a certified copy with official authority. This site can identify the likely office, but the document has to come from that office.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
